​​You may register by downloading the forms below and sending completed forms to info@studioselah.com or by mailing them to the address provided for tuition payments on the second registration page.  You can make your registration payment and first months tuition payment by clicking on the PayPal link above or mailing it in with your registration.    

You can also fill out your registration papers and make your first payment at your first day of class.






 Pre Primary Ballet: Any color leotard, pink footed tights, pink ballet shoes.  Skirts are optional.  All tights are to be worn in shoes.

Hair must be in a neat bun. No jewelry, except for stud earrings.

All other Ballet classes for girls: Black leotard, pink footed tights, pink ballet shoes.  All tights are to be worn in shoes.

Hair must be in a neat bun. No jewelry, except for stud earrings.

Ballet for boys: White leotard or T shirt, black tights or leggings, black ballet shoes.

Tap: Dancewear of any color, black tap shoes and hair pulled away from face and securely fastened.

Jazz and Modern: Black leotard, leggings or jazz pants of any color, and hair pulled away from face and securely fastened.  No jewelry.  

Jazz shoes are needed for jazz and modern is taken bare foot.

*Hair must be pulled up and secured for all classes. No baggy shirts, jeans, street shoes or jewelry other than stud earrings are allowed in class.

 


Classes are closed to observers.  However, each studio is displayed on a TV in the lobby.  Parent in class observation is TBA. 




Class placement is either determined by age or ability.




Scholarships are awarded by need basis.  No child is turned away from class because of financial difficulties.



  • Do not bring food or gum into the studio.
  • There is never gum chewing in a ballet class, or any dance class.
  • Students may bring water to drink.
  • Students must be picked up promptly inside studio.
  • No eating allowed in studio.
  • Please observe dress code.
  • Talking or any kind of disruption in the classroom will not be tolerated.
  • Students will not be allowed to take class without the necessary hair and attire requirements met.





Breaks for the 2017-2018 season.


Thanksgiving Break: November 20-24
Winter Break: December 25-January 5
Spring Break: March 26-30
